Glenn is the Executive Director of Church Planting for Converge Great Lakes. Glenn and Susan have been married for 37 years, they have three adult children and 6 grandchildren. Glenn is a retired Law Enforcement officer of 24 years. He began his career in Green Lake County Sheriffs Dept and after four years moved on to Fond du Lac City Police Dept. In 1999 Pastor Glenn founded Real Hope Community Church in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Glenn served as Police Officer in Lake Mills Police Dept during this time assigned to the schools and community service. In 2010 Glenn and Susan were called to be Converge Missionaries in Panama. They planted an English-speaking church called LifeBridge International Church. Glenn became the Director of Mobilization for Converge International Ministries in Orlando. Glenn started working for Converge Great Lakes in 2017 as the Executive Director of Church Planting.

Glenn received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in Criminal Justice. Glenn is a graduate of the Center for Excellence in Congregational Leadership and received his Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Luther Rice Seminary.
